A Word About The State Street Bridge Closure

View Pedestrian and Automobile Detour in a larger map

If you've been by our office in the past few days, you may have noticed the recent closure of the State Street Bridge spanning the Mill River. The bridge, dating back to 1920, has deteriorated enough to need replacement, and construction is scheduled to complete on the new bridge by 2012. The closure of the bridge means you will need to take an alternate route to our office and other businesses around us if coming from the south traveling on I91 North. As a result, there is a short detour along James and Humphrey street to get across the river. Humphrey meets State street, and you can take an immediate right into our office parking lot. Take a look at the route mapped out above, and please call us if you have any questions!

You can also learn more about the construction of the new State Street Bridge on the GM2 engineering company's website.
